Refund and Return Policy

All M3D Prints items are made to order and produced to each customer’s specifications.

Change-of-mind cancellations and returns

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds for change of mind, including where an order has already been dispatched.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the problem and, where appropriate, provide a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights.
