Delete your M3DPrints account
If you have an M3DPrints customer account and would like it and the associated personal data deleted, you can request this by emailing admin@m3dprints.co.uk from the email address linked to your account.
Please use the subject line Delete my account and include your name and the email address used for your M3DPrints account so we can identify the correct account.
What we delete
Where permitted, we will delete or anonymise personal information associated with your M3DPrints customer account, including account profile information and saved customer details.
What we may need to keep
Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or transaction-record purposes. This can include information connected with completed orders and payments. Any retained information will only be kept for as long as required for those purposes.
How to request deletion
- Email admin@m3dprints.co.uk from the email address linked to your account.
- Use the subject Delete my account.
- We may ask you to confirm information needed to verify that the request relates to your account.
