Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 14 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy goods from M3D Prints through m3dprints.co.uk. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

1. About us

M3D Prints operates from 23 Damask Close, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR33 8LL, United Kingdom. You can contact us at admin@m3dprints.co.uk.

2. Products

Many products are made to order using 3D printing. Small layer lines, minor surface variations and slight differences between prints can be normal features of the manufacturing process and are not necessarily faults.

Product photographs, colours and dimensions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible, but screens, materials and manufacturing tolerances can cause small differences.

3. Personalised and custom orders

Where you provide names, text, measurements, colours or other custom instructions, you are responsible for checking the information you submit. We may contact you if clarification is required before production.

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right. See our Returns & Refunds page.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Any applicable delivery charge is shown before you place your order. UK delivery is currently free on all orders.

An order is not accepted until Shopify confirms it has been successfully placed and payment has been authorised. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.

5. Shipping and delivery

Products are made to order, so processing times can vary. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. See our Shipping & Delivery page for current delivery information.

For consumer orders, risk in the goods remains with M3D Prints until you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them. If you independently appoint a carrier that we did not offer, risk may pass when the goods are handed to that carrier where the law permits.

6. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Your cancellation and return rights depend on whether the item is a standard product or is made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where required by law. If your order is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us and we will deal with it in line with your statutory rights.

7. Intellectual property

M3D Prints branding, original website text, photographs and original content belong to M3D Prints or are used with permission. Third-party names, characters, logos and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, references to third-party brands do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or official affiliation.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses where you are buying as a consumer.

9. Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use the site in a way that interferes with its operation or other customers.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence. Nothing here prevents you bringing a claim in any court that consumer law entitles you to use.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applying to an order is normally the version in force when that order was placed.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to admin@m3dprints.co.uk.
